Prices are in EUR, ex. VAT and are automatically converted into your local currency during checkout, invoices will be issued. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
If you have more contacts in your list than are allowed in your plan, you can still import new contacts without any disruptions. We will send a notification when you reached 90% of your included contacts. Upgrading to a higher tier is possible at any time.
Please note that only the number of included contacts are visible to you. So if you are subscribed for 5000 contacts, but you have 5500 contacts in your list, only the first 5000 are visible to you. You are also not able to export more than those 5000 contacts.
While our infrastructure certainly can handle more than this, we currently don't plan to serve Enterprise customers. The reason for this is simple: Enterprise customers have other needs and we don't want to end up bloating Usertally with a bunch of features only a few customers will need.
There are lots of CRM tools available that offer Enterprise-level features. Those are probably better suited for a larger customer base.
If you are on a cleaning spree, removing outdated customers, you can of course downgrade at any time.
Think of segments like a separate project, or a separate list for your customers. Our free plan includes 2 segments, our paid plan includes 5 segments. Customers can be moved to different segments at any time. We will let you know when a contact is present in multiple segments.
If you need more segments, you can purchase additional ones for a small, one-time fee of €5.99.
Your data is stored on servers in Germany. All servers are regularly updated with security patches (whenever available) and maintenance updates.
We use a merchant of record, who basically "resells" our software so we don't have to deal with all the tax regulations. They support credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
